Syncronology Limited are pleased to announce that we have agreed a merger with Agile Group Systems & Services (AGSS). This merger, effective Thursday 29th April 2021, will allow us to further enhance our combined offering of innovative software and services to the Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing sectors as we draw on the synergies with AGSS subsidiaries Redthorn Services Limited and Redthorn Systems Limited.
