Syncronology Limited Signs Deal to Service Powerway Enterprise Business in UK.

London and Indianapolis – 13^th May 2005– Powerway, Inc., a leading provider of QMS and Compliance Management solutions, today announced that its UK enterprise business is to be serviced by Syncronology Limited, a new and independent company formed by prior executives from the Powerway UK business unit.

The change is part of Powerway’s ongoing strategy of providing international markets with more focused local service and support for the Suite 2000 product range, for which Syncronology has been appointed exclusive UK representative.

The company will be led and staffed from former Powerway UK employees. Andrew Holland, Syncronology’s Managing Director, previously Sales and Operations Director for Powerway UK, is confident that the new company will be able to meet the local needs of its client base more effectively as an independent.

“I think this is great news for our customers here in the UK. We are going to retain the ability to make enhancements to the core Powerway product, as well as offer a broader range of complementary services, such as training for Six Sigma. We are all incredibly excited about working with our customers to provide the services and products they want.”

Powerway’s Suite 2000 enterprise product range provides solutions for Quality Management Systems (QMS), Document Control, Auditing, Corrective Action, Calibration, SPC and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). The product suite provides compliance solutions to many of the world’s business standards, including ISO9001:2000, ISO14001, TS16949 and EFSIS.

According to Rick Ringlespaugh, Powerway’s founder and VP of Business Development, “this fresh approach to providing service, support and distribution to customers is tailored for success. Our 24/7 Helpdesk will still be taking Level I application calls while augmented by this strong, talented, local team. “

Syncronology’s technical team will be headed up by Paul Alston, previously head of technical services for Powerway in the UK.
