Not many of our customers will be sad to see the back of 2009. It has been a very tough period for us all and we can all now hopefully look forward to a brighter year in 2010. That's not to say the pain is completely over, far from it, but we are detecting a generally more positive outlook from our customers than this time last year.
In truth, 2009 was actually a fairly good year for Syncronology. Our solutions were in demand as companies sought better and more efficient ways of doing business. Singlepoint, our own web based application for business process management, document control and business intelligence, continued to go from strength to strength. Two new versions of Powerway Suite 2000, the second of which will be made available to UK customers in January, were released.
It was a busy year on other fronts too. We became a Microsoft approved ISV partner, achieved ISO9001:2008, forged partnerships with Ivenio for SAP services and Star Technologies for hosting services and actually grew the size of our team despite the difficult conditions.
Now a new year beckons and we are looking forward to meeting some fresh challenges head on. In early January 2010 we will be releasing a new version of Singlepoint and making the new version of Powerway available to our customers. We will also be adding a new international sales partner and we hope to announce some further good news about our relationship with Microsoft.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support this year, we hope we have helped in some small way to get through 2009, and we look forward to working with you all in 2010 and beyond.
